At Revlon, we want you to be completely satisfied with your beauty purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we accept returns on unused products within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to start the process.

  Securely place the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all safety seals are intact to qualify for a refund.

  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
